You’ll be staying in the same building as well-known venues like The Tree Room and The Athens Cotton Press—favorites for events, gatherings, and a taste of the local culture. Just across the street, the Mill District Development is nearing completion, bringing exciting new retail spaces and energy to the neighborhood. The development is also in the arts district and located very close to a concrete plant.

The apartment is located inside of the historic Chase Street warehouses. You will have to climb a few flights of stairs to enter the building, just follow the signs to the apartment. We will send VERY detailed directions of how to find the space, so please pay attention to these directions😊
